Understands the Rugby Grille seating chart, table numbers and seat numbers in dining room.
Addresses guest as they arrive and establish a positive rapport throughout the dining experience.
Offers, describes, and presents specials and items of interest to the guest.
Attends pre-meal meetings.
Performs all necessary side work throughout shift, or as requested by management.
Monitors assigned tables in the dining room in order to anticipate and provide ongoing service.
Provides feedback to management - compliments, problems, complaints.
