Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated Cannabis Technicians to join our team in the Packaging department at our clients cannabis facility in Boonton, NJ. These roles support the processing, handling, and packaging of cannabis products while maintaining strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Technicians will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and may be cross-trained to support both areas as needed.

Schedule & Pay:
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3PM-11:30PM,
- Pay: $18.50
Responsibilities:
- Package cannabis products accurately and efficiently in compliance with company SOPs and state regulations
- Label, seal, and prepare products for distribution while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Weigh and verify cannabis flower, pre-rolls, edibles, and concentrates to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Assist with product preparation, sorting, and staging for production and fulfillment operations
- Operate packaging equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with production and inventory teams to meet daily packaging quotas and deadlines
- Conduct quality control checks to identify damaged or non-compliant products before shipment
- Follow all cannabis compliance regulations, security procedures, and workplace safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- 1–2 years of production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must meet state cannabis regulatory age requirements.
- State Application fee required ($70 out-of-pocket cost).
