This is not just a front desk job—you’ll be involved in every part of the patient experience. From greeting patients and scheduling appointments to assisting with therapies, X-rays, and community events, you’ll play a key role in helping people live healthier lives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing, upbeat personality with a heart for serving others
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure
- Tech-savvy (comfortable with fast computer navigation; 45+ WPM preferred)
- Customer service background strongly preferred
- A lifestyle that aligns with health and wellness values
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Spanish-speaking ability a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check
Responsibilities include:
- Greet patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments
- Guide new patients through intake, evaluations, and education
- Assist with therapies, exercises, and (with training) X-rays
- Maintain accurate records, billing, and insurance verifications
- Support patient flow to keep the office running smoothly
- Educate patients on chiropractic care, wellness, and available products
- Assist with marketing events and community outreach initiatives
- Jump in wherever needed to support both patients and team members

Hours: 22 to 32 hours, with potential for full-time.
Schedule: We are open serving patients: M, W, & Th 9 am - 6 PM, Tues & Fri 9 AM - 1 PM, and possibly one Saturday a month.
