Job Summary
Hardscape Specialist
Hands on position supporting the sales team with product display & builds, sample deliveries, service calls, product demonstrations and other tasks associated with servicing the hardscape market. Area of Coverage: Base location-Newburgh, NY with occasional travel within a 75-100 mile radius (New York/New Jersey).
Full Time: Monday – Friday
Vehicle Stipend, Gas Card and Phone Provided
Responsibilities
· Support Nicolock staff and customers (dealers, contractor and homeowners) in the following ways:
· New business prospecting
· Dealer servicing of existing accounts
· Technical Troubleshooting and Repairs
· Product Display Builds & Installation
· Service Calls & Reporting
· Delivery and Logistics Operations
· Sample Deliveries
· Trade-Show Build & Support
· Assist hands-on Product Demonstrations
Requirements
· 1-3 years sales experience preferred
· Verbal and written communication skills
· Strong time management, organization and proper decision making skills
· Ability to deal with a flexible, fluid schedule
· Travel – most travel will occur within the DE Region. Periodic overnight travel may be required
· Bilingual English-Spanish a plus
· Must be self-sufficient and motivated
Physical Requirements
· Must have the capability to lift materials and equipment (80 lbs.+)
· Must be able to work outdoors for demonstrations, repairs, display installations, and deliveries.
