As a Group Sales Representative, you won’t just be selling tickets, you’ll be selling the "Best Day Ever." You will be the primary contact for schools, corporations, youth groups, and large families looking to host their next big outing at our park.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive Revenue: Proactively identify and pursue new group business opportunities (25+ guests) through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
- Consultative Selling: Work with clients to build custom event packages, including catering.
- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure annual renewals and referrals.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with the Operations and Food & Beverage teams to ensure every group event runs smoothly from arrival to departure.
- Park Representation: Represent the park at local trade shows, chambers of commerce, and community events.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales (hospitality, event planning, or high-volume retail sales environment is a huge plus!).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You should be as comfortable speaking to a CEO as you are to a PTA president.
- Hunter Mentality: You aren’t afraid to pick up the phone or attend a networking mixer to find a lead.
- Flexibility: Most weekends and holidays are required to host your groups and see your hard work in action.
