<Responsibilities>
- Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver outstanding food service and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation, cooking, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels to minimize waste and control costs.
- Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to cultivate a high-performing team.
- Handle cash management duties including POS transactions using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
- Monitor shift management, scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours.
- Maintain compliance with health regulations, food handling procedures, and safety protocols across all restaurant functions.
<Experience>
- Proven management experience within quick service or fast food restaurants, with a strong background in food industry operations.
- Extensive hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Demonstrated ability in supervising staff, conducting interviews, and leading training & development initiatives.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transaction processing.
- Experience in managing inventory control, budgeting, and food safety compliance in casual dining or hospitality environments.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of fostering teamwork and motivating staff to achieve operational goals.
- Prior experience in restaurant management roles including shift management, customer service excellence, and food production oversight. <Pay and Benifits>
- Annual Salary plus eligible bonuses
- 40 - 80 hrs of PTO
- $15 phone reimbursement (per pay period)
