Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service during on-site and off-site events, ensuring that all attendees have a memorable experience.
What You'll Do
- Set up events, both on-site and off-site, according to event specifications, including table arrangements and decorations.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper handling of food items.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during events.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Break down banquet setups after events, including cleaning and organizing equipment.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in banquet serving, catering, or restaurant environments preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
