Ozark Bank is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Banking Loan Operations Manager to lead and oversee loan operations, loan processing, escrow management, and post-closing functions in our community bank. You will lead a dedicated team that ensures accurate loan setup, timely payment processing, compliance with banking regulations, and excellent customer service.
Banking Loan Operations Manager Duties:
- Lead and manage loan servicing and loan operations teams.
- Oversee loan boarding, payment posting, escrow account management, and account maintenance.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all loan processing activities.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures for efficiency and compliance.
- Act as the escalation point for customer inquiries and complex servicing issues.
- Collaborate with Retail Banking, Compliance, Credit, and IT to streamline workflows.
- Monitor data accuracy and assist with audits, regulatory exams, and investor reviews.
- Coach, train, and develop staff for high performance.
What We're Looking For:
Banking Loan Operations Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years in loan operations, loan servicing, or financial services
- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Knowledge of loan operations, escrow administration, and compliance
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in core banking systems (Jack Henry Core Director preferred)
Preferred:
- College degree in a related field
- Community banking experience
