MONDAY THRU FRIDAY (from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Able to work in the USA
Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas.
TASKS TO BE PERFORMED:
Able to perform Custodial/Janitorial services as follows:
All areas:
Clean and Sanitize variety of areas
Empty wastebaskets, wipe trash bins, remove trash to appropriate areas. Change trash bags/liners daily, dispose of trash.
Refill containers/dispensers as needed
Service the following areas:
911 Call Center, main lobby, lockers, fitness center, bathrooms, breakrooms, etc.
Maintain, clean, sanitize and disinfect
Dust furniture, shelving, file cabinets, etc.
Clean/wipe All glass surfaces
Drinking Fountain clean and sanitize
Floor areas: Sweep and mop to produce spot free appearance as needed
Clean and Sanitize: Restrooms, mirrors, all fixtures, touchpoints (knobs, doors, etc.). Walls and partitions.
Kitchen areas: Clean and sanitize all kitchen fixtures and touchpoints
Understand Safety rules and regulations when using chemicals
Physical Requirements:
· Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas.
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and push and/or pull 50-pound janitorial cart.
· Must be able to stand and walk up to eight hours per day while carrying materials weighing between 40 and 60 pounds.
