- Safely transport passengers throughout the Kansas City area along assigned routes and schedules.
- Provide dependable and efficient transportation services while ensuring passenger comfort.
- Maintain professional driving practices and comply with all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.
- Adjust to changing traffic conditions, route modifications, and service needs.
- Ensure passengers arrive safely and on time.

- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles when necessary.

- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and passenger-ready vehicle.
- Safely operate wheelchair lifts, ramps, and accessibility equipment when required.
- Report maintenance concerns, accidents, incidents, and safety issues promptly.
- Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to maintain reliable service.
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Passenger (P) Endorsement
- Clean Driving Record

- Experience operating shuttle buses, transit buses, motorcoaches, paratransit vehicles, or other passenger transportation vehicles
- Previous experience in transportation, hospitality, customer service, or related industries
- Familiarity with wheelchair lifts, accessibility equipment, and passenger assistance procedures
