Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Landscape and Hardscape Laborer, where you’ll play a key role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This position offers a mix of landscape installation, hardscape construction, and landscape maintenance, providing a variety of work throughout the season. You’ll assist with projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, planting, grading, and routine property maintenance while working alongside a skilled, professional team. Duties
- Assist in the installation of hardscape elements such as pavers, retaining walls, concrete forms, masonry structures, and stonework using hand tools and power tools
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Operate heavy equipment, including skid steers or mini excavators for excavation and material placement
- Support landscape installation activities like planting trees/shrubs, laying turf or mulch, and installing irrigation systems
- Conduct quality inspections during construction to ensure work meets design standards and safety requirements
- Perform landscape maintenance duties such as string trimming, operation of zero-turn mowers, shrub pruning and more
Experience
- Previous experience in both landscape maintenance and landscape or hardscape installation is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable operating commercial landscape equipment such as zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and chainsaws.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools in a construction or landscaping environment.
- Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, or other compact equipment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of paver installation, retaining walls, grading, drainage, or masonry is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well as part of a team.

- Overtime paid at time and a half for all hours over 40 per week
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
