Here’s what you can expect:
Pay starting at $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
$1,000 sign-on bonus
Overtime pay
Weekly commissions with no cap. The more motivated you are, the more you can earn
Most techs earn between $500 and $1,000 a week
What the job looks like:
As a Pest Control Technician, you'll be out in the field each day helping people with their pest problems. You’ll work with both residential and commercial customers, solving problems, offering solutions, and building trust.
It’s hands-on, active work, and you won’t be stuck behind a desk or doing the same thing every day.
We’re looking for someone who:
Likes working with people and has a good attitude
Is reliable, trustworthy, and takes pride in their work
Has a valid driver’s license
Can communicate well and stay organized
Wants to be part of a close-knit team
No experience? That’s okay.
