We are a fast-paced, detail-oriented cleaning company that specializes in vacation rentals. We're looking for reliable, efficient, and self-motivated individuals to join our cleaning team. No experience is necessary — we provide training! This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of creating a five-star guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and reset vacation rental homes between guest stays
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistency and quality
- Restock basic supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.)
- Report damages or maintenance issues
- Ensure the property is guest-ready, clean, and welcoming
- Work independently or as part of a team, depending on the job
Requirements:
- Own transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Smartphone with the ability to use apps and take photos
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Must be dependable and trustworthy
Schedule:
Most cleanings take place between 10 AM and 4 PM. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Flexibility is important as schedules are based on guest checkouts.
