Compensation:
Our average Jewelry Sales Executive compensation for 2025 exceeded $114,000.00, ranging from over $90,000.00 to over $123,000.00 in commissions and bonuses. We provide a no-ceiling earning opportunity, plus benefits including paid sick time, health and other insurance, and other benefits.
Your role:
We're looking for a Jewelry Sales Executive who will provide exceptional customer service and an outstanding experience to clients while helping them select the jewelry items that best match their needs.
As a Nebraska Diamond Jewelry Sales Executive, you will:
Utilize the proven methods we train. You don't need to reinvent the wheel. Nebraska Diamond provides a paid, Intensive 10-week training program to help prepare you for success. Our multidimensional training program has been developed through more than 45 years of experience and research.
Own a sales cycle. You'll meet one-on-one with clients in your private office in our store and be responsible for all details of the sales cycle, from product selection to paperwork.
Be creative. Whether it's working within a client's budget utilizing our vast inventory, or custom design, understanding how to problem-solve to cater to each of our client's unique situations is vital.
Must-Haves:
- Experience: You have at least two years of sales or customer service experience and have a consistent track record of achieving/exceeding goals.
- Motivation: You love to beat your own records, expect the best from yourself, and always want to keep improving. You have a sense of personal responsibility for results while maintaining a positive and coachable attitude.
- Organizational skills: You know how to prioritize tasks, can work autonomously on projects in progress, and you make sure no details slip by you.
- Problem solver: You are a naturally curious person who loves to ask questions and who pays attention to the answers to guide you. You think creatively and don't rely on a cookie-cutter resolution for every situation. Finding the best solution to a challenge is important to you.
- Professional appearance and communication style: You enjoy dressing professionally and understand that how you present yourself makes a difference when building trust with a client. We follow a Business Formal dress code. You can talk to anyone comfortably and professionally while keeping the goal of the meeting on track. You use proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation in written communication. Representing Nebraska Diamond with a professional communication style is a must.
- Influence: Your leadership skills and integrity motivate others to take action. Our successful candidate will be a strong leader and will have an outgoing, engaging, and confidence-inspiring personality.
- Goals: You are seeking a career, not just a job, and will make a five-year written commitment.
- Availability: Our Jewelry Sales Executives have a set 5-day work schedule so they may plan accordingly, unlike many retail sales positions. You will commit to working the schedule most needed for staffing purposes; the current work schedule for this position is:
- Sunday: 11:30 a.m. to approx. 5:30 p.m.
