KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follow and communicate directions from the supervisor or manager

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and guide team members accordingly

Act as a stand-in for the supervisor when necessary regarding personnel and production decisions

Assist in fostering a positive and motivating work environment

Address team members' feedback and resolve issues or conflicts
-
Perform regular tasks in the assigned area alongside team members, as required by the department and operational needs
QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
-
Manufacturing experience
-
Previous leadership experience
-
Demonstrates good attendance

Physically capable of meeting the environment requirements: lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and 75+ lbs occasionally, continuous standing, frequent walking, bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling/squatting, reaching, pulling, and pushing

Experience or ability to learn various computer office applications. Prefer Google Workspace (Spreadsheets, Docs, Gmail & Slides)

Must be able to work full time and overtime hours as needed
