Join our team as a Quality Control Inspector responsible for ensuring product excellence in the oil and gas industry. You'll conduct meticulous testing and inspection of materials, components, and assemblies to maintain our high-quality standards while meeting product specifications and customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of materials, components, and finished products
Perform dimensional measurements, visual inspections, and non-destructive testing
Verify equipment and materials to identify defects according to specifications
Maintain calibration of measuring instruments and gauges
Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation
Conduct thread inspections per API standards
Manage non-conformance reports and follow up on corrective actions
Communicate inspection results effectively with all stakeholders
Skills Required:
Proficiency with measuring equipment and inspection tools
PCBA inspection expertise and IPC-A-610 standards knowledge
ESD compliance understanding
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong problem-solving approach to quality issues
Exceptional attention to detail
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Diploma in Electro/Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Trade Certificate
3-5 years’ experience in oil & gas electromechanical products inspection
Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
