We are looking for a variety of paraprofessionals and aides to work with students in a variety of ways. We are looking for paraprofessionals who can work with a mentor teacher for lessons and classroom management techniques and implement lessons on their own with students in a variety of subjects, including STEM lab, art, music, creative writing and social studies. We are also looking for aides to work with small group students to improve reading, writing, and math skills.At Pegasus, we have reimagined our school curriculum to focus on creativity and hands on learning through field trips, play, and creative pahtways for older students. Creativity and active play work hand in hand to develop stronger problem solvers who are engaged, resilient, and confident while boosting brain function, improving behavior, and building the social skills students need to thrive.
