Medical Assistant / TMS Coordinator (Psychiatry Practice)
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Join a locally owned, patient-focused psychiatry practice and play a key role in delivering innovative mental health treatment. We are seeking a dependable and motivated Medical Assistant / TMS Coordinator to oversee and operate our Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) (Therapy program.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing service line within our practice. While prior medical experience is preferred, we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
Position Overview
As our TMS Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and operating the entire TMS Therapy program within the practice. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to provide compassionate patient care in a structured clinical setting.
We encourage applicants to familiarize themselves with TMS Therapy prior to applying so you have a clear understanding of the service you will be supporting.
Schedule
Part-Time: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Guaranteed 20 hours per week
No weekends

- Must be able to commute to Johns Island, SC 29455
- Living within a 20-mile radius of Johns Island is preferred
- Must be willing to relocate prior to starting work if not currently local
