A Few Important Details Up Front
This is a 1099, commission-based opportunity.
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required. We are unable to sponsor visas or work with temporary visa holders.
This role also requires eligibility to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License. Applicants cannot have felonies involving dishonesty or breach of trust. If you are not currently licensed, that is okay — we help guide you through the licensing process and provide mentorship every step of the way.

You are not expected to figure this out alone. You will have guidance, training, and support as you learn the industry and build your book of business.
Compensation & Growth
Our licensed professionals are compensated by the insurance carriers when clients place appropriate coverage or retirement solutions. Clients do not pay us directly for our services.
You begin as a Training Associate at 35% commission and can advance based on production and leadership — not tenure.
Compensation can reach up to 110% commission, with carriers paying commissions upfront and offering additional renewal opportunities over time.
This model rewards consistency, integrity, education, and service.
You control your pace and may begin part-time while building intentionally.
How Compensation Works: Example
If a client invests $500 per month, or $6,000 annually:
- Training Associate at 35% earns $2,100 upfront
- Associate level earns $2,700 upfront
At the Associate level, helping just 3 clients per month would equal:
- $8,100 per month
- $97,200 per year
This is a simple example for illustration. Actual earnings vary based on client needs, policy type, production level, and the solutions placed. The more clients you help, the more you earn. Your earnings are not capped.
