Job Summary
As a Home Care Marketer, you will be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives, connecting with potential clients and partners to promote our exceptional home care services.
What you’ll do
- Analyzes the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets
- Visit Doctor's offices, hospital discharge desks, Assisted living facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referral.
- Analyzes the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
- Analyzes past and current marketing data.
- Completes an analysis of the company's product line.
- Analyzes patient/company relationships.
- Develops sales/marketing objective and sales projections.
- Develops a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable.
- Implements marketing plan staying within the established timetable.
- Reviews and evaluates the analyses and plan on an established basis.
Basic qualifications
- At least 2 year experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
- Must be organized and detailed oriented.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in writing, orally in English.
- Must be able to interact with Health professional at all levels.
Preferred qualifications
- Proficiency with Home Care Marketing
