About the Position
Embrace ABA is seeking a compassionate and motivated full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. This position is located in our Venus clinic and serves clients in the Venus/Mansfield area.
We are a BCBA-owned company committed to providing high-quality ABA services while supporting our staff through accessible supervision, manageable caseloads, and opportunities for growth.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
Pay:
- Up to $25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
- Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies developed by the BCBA.
- Collect and record accurate behavioral data throughout sessions.
- Maintain professional communication with BCBAs, parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure client safety and promote skill development in a positive learning environment.
- Participate in team meetings and trainings as required.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential issued by the BACB.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain certification within 30 days of hire).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and dependable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and transport up to 20-40 pounds.
- Sit on the floor with clients as needed.
- Bend, kneel, crouch, and move throughout therapy sessions.
- Participate in physical and gym-based activities with clients.
- Maintain an active and engaged presence throughout the workday.
