- Lead and support the front desk team during busy shifts
- Set the vibe for great service and positive energy
- Keep the front-of-house organized and guest-ready
- Oversee lanes, arcade, and attractions throughout the day
- Train and coach team members
- Step in and handle guest concerns confidently
- Help with scheduling and event coverage
- Run POS transactions accurately
- Open and close the building
- Keep safety top of mind and respond to issues quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of guest service experience
- 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience required
- Hospitality or food and beverage experience is a big plus
- Strong communicator who isn’t afraid to take charge
- Comfortable giving direction and holding people accountable
- Available nights, weekends, and holidays
- Someone who can stay calm when it gets busy
- Able to stand and walk for most of your shift
- Able to move quickly around the facility
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Comfortable working in a lively space with music, lights, and steady noise
- Able to stay focused and responsive in an active environment
