A1 Septic & Excavating is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team. This is NOT a driving-only position. A Class B CDL is preferred, but this is a hands-on job that requires working alongside our crew every day.

Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles to and from job sites.
- Assist with pumping septic pumping, excavation projects and other field operations.
- Perform physical labor throughout the workday.
- Lift and carry 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Work safely around heavy equipment and construction sites.
- Load, unload, and maintain equipment and materials.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete jobs the right way.
- Identify problems in the field and help find practical solutions.
Qualifications
- Class B CDL preferred.
- Must be able to work a shuvel
- Must know how to use ratchet straps and chains to secure equitment and materials
- Must have a Clean driving record.
- Must be able to perform physically demanding work every day.
- Able to lift 50 pounds or more with ease.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Takes pride in quality work.
- Uses common sense and can solve problems independently.
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and mud.
- Flexible schedule—start and end times vary depending on the day's workload.
