NOW HIRING: OFFICE MANAGER (Property Management + Accounting)

We’re looking for someone who can understand/create P&L's statements, understands debits & credits, can take charge of the office, keep financials on track, and communicate professionally with tenants and owners.
***Must have strong accounting background***
What You’ll Do:
- Run daily office operations
- Oversee accounts payable & receivable
- Manage leases, work orders, tenant records, and payroll
- Communicate with tenants, owners, and vendors
- Prepare monthly owner reports
- Provide general administrative support
- Assist with HOA management tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Office management or administrative experience
- Strong accounting/bookkeeping skills
- Experience with property management software (AppFolio, QuickBooks)
- Understanding of leases, tenant records, and real estate processes
- Ability to manage AP/AR and payroll
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of estoppels and HOA procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
