Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Proctor to oversee standardized testing sessions in a classroom setting. The Proctor will play a crucial role in ensuring a fair and secure testing environment for students, while also providing support and guidance throughout the examination process. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students and staff.
Duties
- Supervise students during standardized testing to ensure compliance with testing protocols.
- Monitor the testing environment to prevent any form of cheating or misconduct.
- Address any questions or concerns from students during the testing period, maintaining a calm and supportive atmosphere.
- Collaborate with educational staff to facilitate smooth testing operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and any incidents that occur during testing sessions.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with students and staff.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively during testing sessions.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience working with students, particularly in an educational setting, is preferred.
- Familiarity with adult education principles is a plus.
