About the Role
As a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our production floor by ensuring high-quality output and efficient equipment performance. You will be responsible for executing precise metal fabrication tasks, maintaining a safe work environment, and contributing to the overall productivity of our facility through technical expertise and attention to detail.
Responsibilities-
Set up and operate various industrial processing machines to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Utilize precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers, to verify that all components meet strict tolerance requirements.

Interpret technical blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of metal parts.

Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.

Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and overhead cranes, to safely transport raw materials and finished goods.

Execute tasks using a variety of hand and power tools, including grinders, drills, and pneumatic equipment.

Maintain accurate documentation and logs to ensure process consistency and workflow transparency.

Uphold rigorous safety protocols and housekeeping standards to foster a secure and efficient workspace.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.

Proficiency in converting fractions to decimals and performing metric-to-English unit conversions.

Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools.

Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs throughout a shift.

Prior experience operating industrial forklifts or overhead cranes with valid certifications.

Previous experience in a metal fabrication or heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
