WHO WE NEED
We are looking to add a new associate attorney who can handle the day to day litigation tasks, such as:
- Removing Discovery Objections through the use of discovery conference and motions to compel.
- Taking Plaintiff's Depositions.
- Preparing Mediation Worksheets and Presentations.
- Drafting Responses to Simple Motions like: Motions to Quash, Motions to Compel, Motions for Continuance.
- Pursuing Discovery Evidence such as DWQing records, performing inspections, etc..
- Assisting with Trial Preparation and sitting second chair on trials.
- A few other tasks to be discussed later.
While this list may seem daunting to the un-initiated, and simple to those who have practiced personal injury before, you will be provided sufficient training, guidance and time to master each of these tasks and grow into a skilled litigator.
While you will have the assistance of a veteran paralegal, it is not expected for the paralegal to assist too heavily with your tasks. We expect an attorneys mind to weigh heavily on every decision to ensure skilled execution of every task.
This position is not a fast paced-high volume position where the workload would be high and unmanageable. Rather, in order to promote flawless execution, the position is lower volume with you being expected to manage discovery on roughly 50 cases annually with the assistance of a paralegal and senior attorney.

WHAT WE PAY
The current pay range is $95,000 to $120,000, based on experience, with no prior personal injury experience starting at the lower end of the spectrum, and three years of prior personal injury experience starting on the higher end of the spectrum
There is also a bonus structure that is as follows:
- 4% commission on all fees collected.
- Increased commission on self-generated cases.
- End-of-year bonus.
