The Role
As an Occupational Therapist at Stellar Home Health, you will provide in-home OT services to children and adults with developmental disabilities and other conditions requiring skilled occupational therapy. Services are delivered in natural environments — homes, schools, and community settings — where your work has the greatest functional impact on everyday life.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate clients and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
- Deliver skilled occupational therapy services in client homes across the East Valley
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor and document client progress; adjust plans as clinically indicated
- Maintain compliance with clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards
- Be a genuine partner in each client’s journey toward independence
Qualifications
- Arizona OT licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Passion for home-based, community-centered care
