We are a unique law firm specializing in representing homeowners in disputes against their HOA's and condo associations. Our practice is dedicated to advocating for homeowners' rights, offering a unique and rewarding opportunity for a Paralegal with at least 3-5 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of administrative, research, drafting, organizational, and time-keeping skills.
Responsibilities:
- Directly support two attorneys.
- Manage client introductions, schedule attorney conferences, and request necessary documents.
- Organize and review client files, identify deadlines, and calendar events.
- Conduct research for HOA and Business matters.
- Draft legal documents and monitor case deadlines.
- Maintain ongoing client communication and manage case folder organization.
- Support attorney(s) with necessary preparations.
- Input detailed time entries for all work done.
Billing Requirements:
- Meet monthly billing requirement of 100 hours.
- Bonus structure in place for billable hours above monthly requirement.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and communication skills.

- Knowledge of legal research and document preparation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous litigation experience working as a paralegal.
- Experience inputting time entries and meeting billing requirement goals.
- Proficiency in case management software.
- Experience in utilizing CourtMap and Florida Courts E-Filing Portal.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
