For more than 60 years, Twin City Knitting (TCK) has been committed to producing quality products and building lasting partnerships with customers across the country. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Sales & Product Coordinator to join our team.
This position plays an important role in supporting our sales team and coordinating projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with customers, sales representatives, and departments throughout the company to help ensure projects stay on schedule and customer expectations are met.

What You'll Do
- Support the sales team by providing product and program information.
- Prepare sales presentations, product line sheets, and other sales materials.
- Coordinate product samples and sample requests.
- Track promotions and special programs.
- Maintain retailer vendor paperwork and customer documentation.
- Attend sales meetings and assist with presentations when needed.
- Help coordinate new product launches and customer programs.
- Maintain project timelines and product calendars.
- Communicate customer requests and project updates with internal departments.
- Work closely with Merchandising, Production, Marketing, Customer Service, Analytics, and Accounting to keep projects moving.
- Assist with pricing information and customer product matrices.
- Help ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate trade show planning and logistics.
- Prepare booth displays and marketing materials.
- Organize inbound and outbound shipments.
- Attend trade shows and assist the sales team as needed.
- Build positive relationships with customers and sales representatives by providing timely communication and support.

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
- Experience in sales support, customer service, project coordination, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Experience in manufacturing, apparel, textiles, or consumer products is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
