General Summary
The Support Services Supervisor is an experienced human services professional who leads staff, develops programs, and builds community partnerships to meet the needs of our clients. You will play a vital role in ensuring our services align with Vida’s Mission, Vision, and Statement of Faith.
Primary Responsibilities:
Leadership & Mentorship
· Supervise Office Staff: Mentor team members, answer scheduling questions, and provide ongoing support
· Strategic Planning: Assist Support Services Manager with achieving program goals and completing special projects
· Community Outreach: Partner with other organizations to identify and fill gaps in client services
Client Services & Intake
· Client Mentorship: Provide direct mentorship to a caseload of English-speaking clients
· Intake Management: Screen, schedule, and conduct intake appointments for English-speaking clients
· Inquiry Support: Answer program inquiry phone calls and provide excellent customer service
Resource Management
· Resource Development: Research and manage community resources to assist clients
· Resource Maintenance: Ensure the Community Resources Binder is accurate and up-to-date
Daily Operations & Programming
· Event Coordination: Assist with planning and facilitating client fellowship opportunities
· Task Execution: Complete various office tasks and projects as assigned by the Support Services Manager

Qualifications
1. Expresses full agreement with corporation’s Statement of Faith and Mission Statement
2. Ability to comply with the policies and procedures of the organization
3. Dependable, stable, and capable of following through on commitments
4. Would never refer or advise a woman to have an abortion
5. Ability to respect confidentiality
6. Requires a level of knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree or job-related equivalent experience in human resources, social work, psychology or related service field. Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and SharePoint
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills
8. Highly organized with attention to detail
9. Drive to continually improve processes
10. Prior work experience supervising volunteers
11. Great communication skills
12. Great time management skills
13. An interest in working with diverse populations and people groups

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
