About us:
We deliver powerful data and AI solutions that minimize operational cost, strengthen resilience against risk, and uncover revenue opportunity. Our clients can retain our people to drive lasting adoption while futureproofing their workforce with exceptional talent. Since 2016, we’ve created over 3,000 data & AI specialists by removing the systemic barriers to the tech industry. We find incredible minds from all backgrounds to train with us, creating a diverse team of experts. We’re the preferred partner of today’s leading technology providers, including Databricks, Snowflake, and Collibra, to accelerate delivery and co-create revolutionary solutions. We transform the lives of our consultants, clients, and their customers through data and AI. We partner with firms across Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance to modernise their data ecosystems, deploy advanced analytics, and operationalise AI responsibly.
Our Senior FS&I Client Partners sit at the heart of this mission—building strategic relationships, shaping client data and AI roadmaps, and driving long‑term revenue and account growth.
The role:
The Senior FS&I Client Partner is a senior commercial role responsible for originating, shaping, and expanding Data & AI consulting engagements across major FS&I organisations. You will own relationships at senior levels, identify new opportunities, develop long‑term account strategies, and partner closely with delivery, training and capability leads to ensure client success.
You will also contribute to the leadership of the FS&I commercial team by guiding and uplifting junior sales professionals, supporting best‑practice sales approaches, and helping improve team performance against revenue targets.
This is a quota‑carrying role with responsibility for both new‑logo acquisition and growth of strategic existing accounts.
This role is an incredible opportunity to have a huge impact on the growth of the company, where your success will directly impact the success of Kubrick and drive the global client strategy going forward.
It also comes with uncapped earnings, so there are plenty of opportunities to make more money as you go!
