Job Description:
- Provide courteous and professional support to users and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate setting up of computing resources and installation of required software
- Mentor other members of the team as needed
- Efficient timely, and effective response to internal user requests for support/troubleshooting while adhering to internal operating procedures
- Maintain smooth operation of multi-user/multi-platform computer systems for desktops and server environment
- Monitor and manage system resources, (e.g. CPU usage, disk usage, and response times)
Basic Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a US Citizen
- Must be to acquire and maintain a security clearance
- Position requires at least a Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience (or 7 years of experience in lieu of a degree) in PC Support and/or Help Desk environment
- Knowledge of Window operating systems, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365 Suite, Window Domain architecture, Information Technology, Firewalls, and effective knowledge of both wired and wireless Local Area Network technologies. Linux experience is a plus.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in implementation and maintenance of CMMC guidelines strongly preferred
- Experience with basic support of Linux in a production environment a plus
- Experience in a small business environment is a plus
This role is 100% onsite in the Dayton/ Beavercreek, OH office.
