Location: Rochester, Minnesota
Hours: Thursday–Sunday, consisting of 10-hour shifts.

Position Summary:
This position is for a skin care manufacturing specialist located in Rochester, MN. This position is for weekend shift and consists of four 10-hour shifts per week. This position will support manufacturing of our unique biologic technology and finished skincare products. The ideal candidate will have strong laboratory skills and ability to work independently and as a member of a small team. This is a hands-on role to support both current and future development and manufacturing of cutting-edge skincare products.
Job Responsibilities:
Small scale manufacturing of cosmetic key ingredient, Human Platelet Extract
Manufacturing of formulated skincare products
Product inventory management and procurement
Assist in the evaluation of new product packaging
Provide scientific insight into quality, marketing, and business discussions
Develop new laboratory tests
Maintain the facility in inspection-ready state

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Minimum of 2 years of laboratory or manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience in cosmetics, pharma, or consumer products preferred; Experience in a controlled manufacturing environment required.
