We're hiring Step Van drivers who want structure, autonomy, and a real 3-day weekend. No micromanagement — just clear standards and the trust to execute. High-density routes for drivers who can handle the volume and the pace.
THE PAY STRUCTURE (Base + Bonus):
- Base Pay: $150 - $170 per day
- High Volume Bonus: $1.00 per stop over 100 threshold
- Real World Math: Hit the route average (150 stops) = $200+ per day
- Safety & Performance Bonus: 20% weekly bonus for hitting performance goals
- Work Schedule: 1 Weekend Day and 3 Weekdays
- Benefits: Payday on Wednesdays + Healthcare + Routing Technology + Opportunities for more pay on special projects
THE WORK:
- Service Area: Stone Mountain, GA (30088, 30083, 30072)
- Station Location: Norcross, GA
- Volume: High-density routes averaging 120+ stops per day
- Vehicle: Company-provided Step Van (P700/P900/P1000/P1200)
REQUIREMENTS (NO EXCEPTIONS):
- Experience: Prior commercial delivery experience NOT required. However, candidates must be comfortable operating large, high-clearance box-style vehicles. This includes:
- Civilian experience with UPS, FedEx, Amazon DSP, or similar step van/box truck delivery work, OR
- Military experience operating large tactical or logistics vehicles (e.g., LMTV, MTVR, HEMTT, M35, 5-ton trucks, or similar high-clearance/large-frame vehicles), OR
- Verifiable experience operating box trucks, moving trucks, or similar large commercial vehicles
- All candidates who receive a conditional offer will complete a practical driving assessment (backing, mirror use, tight-turn maneuvering, and loading/curb positioning) before starting routes
- License: Valid Driver's License with Clean MVR (No DUIs/Reckless in last 3 years)
- Physical: Must be physically fit. This is an athletic job. Lift/maneuver up to 150 lbs.
- DOT: Current DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain)
- Age: Must be 21+ years old
- Compliance: Must pass background check and drug screen
