The Nurse Injector provides advanced aesthetic injectable treatments within a physician-led facial plastics practice at Annapolis ENT. This role combines clinical expertise, aesthetic judgment, and patient-centered care to deliver safe, natural-looking results. The Nurse Injector serves as a key partner to the facial plastic surgeon, ensuring high-quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional patient experience while supporting growth of cosmetic services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers following physician protocols
- Conduct comprehensive facial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide patient education on procedures, risks, benefits, and post-treatment care
- Document all treatments accurately in the EMR in accordance with compliance requirements
- Maintain infection control and OSHA standards
- Recognize and manage complications in collaboration with physician
Qualifications
- Active RN or NP license in Maryland
- 1–3 years of aesthetic injection experience preferred
- Certification in cosmetic injectables preferred
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Experience in facial plastics, dermatology, or ENT preferred

The referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of University of Maryland’s Faculty Physician’s Inc. salary range for this position. Some candidates will not be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s geographical location, skills, work experience, market conditions, internal equity, responsibility factor and span of control, education/ training and other qualifications.
