The Role
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Real Estate Closer to join our team. In this role, you will be the point of contact who brings real estate transactions across the finish line — coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to ensure every closing is accurate, compliant, and on time.

Essential Job Duties
- Prepare, conduct, and finalize residential and/or commercial real estate closings
- Balance Closing Disclosures (CDs) and HUD-1 Settlement Statements
- Prepare and review closing document packages
- Schedule closings and proactively update clients and agents on file status
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely, professional manner
- Order title updates and obtain funding approvals from lenders
- Ensure recordings are completed and confirmed post-closing
- Handle post-closing corrections and resolve any outstanding issues
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and all parties to the transaction
Required Skills & Experience
- Prior experience working in a title company or real estate closing environment
- Highly responsible, self-disciplined, and committed to ethical work practices
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet firm deadlines
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, team-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Active Notary Public commission (required)
- Experience with Qualia is highly preferred
