- Assist with the creation of inspection opportunities, projects, and sales orders in NetSuite.

Assist with tracking those work orders from creation to completion/billing.

Assist with uploading inspection reports to The Compliance Engine

Assist with sending emails and placing phone calls to schedule inspections.

Assist with emailing customers their inspection reports and detailing deficiencies.

Assist with updating the inspector’s scheduling board with inspections times/dates.

Assist with adding new inspections to the monthly inspection list.

Assist with taking care of Rapid Response issues such as adding/deleting contacts on account contact lists or placing accounts on test.

Assist with answering phone calls and directing the calls to the proper people.

Assist with pulling customer files to determine how much to charge for inspections, whether they are taxable, and if they are part of the Compliance Engine.

Assist with creating small quotes for items like fire extinguishers.

Assist with keeping track of the fire extinguisher inventory of serviced/un-serviced extinguishers and maintaining the Stewart’s log board for returns.

Assist with emailing the inspectors their inspection reports for upcoming inspections.

Maintain and update a list of all inspection deficiencies for future service work.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of one year's experience in a related position.

Proficient in computer software (i.e.: Microsoft Office, etc.)
