Paragon Services Engineering Company Seeks a Lead Building Engineer to join a fast-growing team. This is a Full-Time Assignment.
- Lead Building Engineer for a Residential Building.
Building Engineer may perform the following limited duties with direction from the Property Manager
- Repairs on toilet facilities including soap dispensers, as needed
- Escort contractors throughout facility, as needed
- Meet with Air Pollution Control District
- General basic maintenance repairs, as needed
- Cleaning of roof drains, air vents, registers, as needed
- Replacing lamps/Ballasts and cleaning light fixtures.
- Repair of floor maintenance equipment and venetian blinds.
- Maintenance painting in equipment rooms, cooling towers, and touch-up in building facilities.
- Replacing ceiling tiles not affecting sprinkler systems or other energized systems.
- Maintaining and/or replacing door hardware
- Replacing air filters.
- Cleaning maintenance shop areas.
- Replacing & inspection fire extinguishers.
- Daily rounds of property and equipment as directed by Property Manager
- Performing light maintenance and Preventative Maintenance - Filters/Belts
- Monthly Generator Runs
- Running the Fire Pump
Only Experienced & Motivated Building Engineers with Residential Experience need apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44.00 - $48.00 per hour
