Part-Time Medical Office Receptionist (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday – Woodside, CA)

Dr. Camran Nezhat, internationally recognized pioneer in minimally invasive and robotic surgery, is seeking a compassionate and reliable part-time receptionist to join his small, close-knit medical office located in Woodside, California. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with a team that has transformed the lives of thousands of women suffering from endometriosis, infertility, and other complex health conditions.

This in-person position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with others, has a warm and welcoming demeanor, and is motivated by meaningful, purpose-driven work.
Schedule
- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, approximately 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Woodside, CA (on-site only)
Responsibilities Include
- Greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phones and directing calls
- Helping maintain a calm, compassionate environment for patients who are often going through emotional and difficult medical journeys
Ideal Candidate
- Kind, patient, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a professional and discreet medical environment
- Enjoys being of service to others, especially women experiencing complex health issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in an office setting or hospitality a plus (but not required)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
