As a Front Desk Officer in a fast-paced technology and telecommunications location, you will welcome visitors, manage access and badges, monitor entry activity, and support security-related operations with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures, visitor reception activities, badge and access support, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.

Monitor lobby and entrance activity, greet employees and visitors, verify identification and/or credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access in a professional manner.

Respond to incidents, inquiries, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns according to site protocols.

Support access control operations by documenting visitor information, issuing temporary credentials, maintaining front desk logs, and communicating with building contacts as needed.

Observe activity within the reception area of a technology and telecommunications location and report unusual behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
