We're hiring experienced CDL-A company drivers for West Coast Regional Fleet. If you love the open roads of the Western 11 states and Texas, want consistent miles, quality equipment, and a team that has your back this run was made for you.
PAY & BONUSES
- $0.52 to $0.56 CPM based on verifiable experience
- Average weekly pay: $1,100 to $1,400
- Top 20% of regional drivers earn $1,800+ weekly
- Performance Bonus: Earn up to 3 CPM extra based on safety, mileage & productivity
- Detention pay: $12.50/hr after the 2nd hour
- Layover/breakdown pay: $100/day
$2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
- $500 after your first load
- $1,500 paid out in milestones over your first 3 months
JOB DETAILS
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks
- Running Area: Western 11 states + Texas
- Average weekly miles: 2,200
- Average length of haul: 400 miles
- Freight: 100% no-touch, 50 to 60% drop & hook, 40 to 50% live unload
- Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths
- 24/7 on-site driver support staff

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL & 21 years of age or older
- Minimum 3 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience (40ft+)
- Clean MVR: no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
- SAP drivers not eligible
