About Layers
Layers is an AI-powered, cloud-based Human Resources management platform (SaaS). We help organizations run their HR operations more intelligently, and we are now expanding into the U.S. market with our first U.S. office in West Palm Beach, Florida.
This is a founding role. You will be one of the first people on the ground in the U.S. — shaping how Layers enters the market and building the partner ecosystem that will drive our growth here.
The Role
Your core mission is to build and grow Layers' channel and partner network in the U.S. — finding, signing, and enabling partners who sell our product, and driving business development in the market. Knowing the product well and being able to speak to its value credibly is central to everything you do here.
Because you are joining at the very start, you will also be an active member of the founding team during the office launch: helping us stand up the West Palm Beach operation, taking real operational weight off the founder, and making sure the U.S. entity is set up the way you want to run it commercially.
What You'll Do
Launch phase — founding team (first few months)
- Manage the administrative and document operations between the U.S. office and our Turkey headquarters.
- Handle official correspondence and the paperwork flow involved in standing up the new U.S. operation.
- Participate in interviews for early marketing, sales, and other U.S. hires.
Core mission — channels & partnerships (ongoing)
- Identify, recruit, and onboard partners who will sell and promote Layers in the U.S.
- Lead partner meetings, negotiations, and ongoing relationship management.
- Deliver partner enablement and training so partners can sell and position Layers effectively.
- Drive U.S. business development: build pipeline, open doors, and create new revenue channels.
Product & market feedback — bridge to our Turkey team (ongoing)
- Work closely with the product team in Turkey, acting as the link between the U.S. market and product development.
- Gather requests and feedback from U.S. customers and partners and channel them clearly to the product team.
- Support the adaptation of the Layers product for the U.S. market.
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience with SaaS products (must-have). You've worked with or around SaaS, and you understand how these products are built, sold, positioned, and adopted — and you can speak to product value credibly with partners and customers.
- Active U.S. work authorization. (We are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this role.)
- Fluent business English.
- Ability to communicate in Turkish (must-have) — you will coordinate directly with our Turkey headquarters and product team.
- A get-it-done attitude — reliable, resourceful, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves on both operational setup and business development.
- Active use of AI technologies (must-have). You already use AI tools in your daily work and know how to get the most out of them. AI is central to how Layers is built and how we work, so fluency with AI tools is essential — both to work efficiently and to represent the product credibly.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Nice to Have
- A Human Resources background — since Layers is an HR product, HR domain knowledge helps you speak our partners' and customers' language.
- Experience in channel sales or partnerships.
- Familiarity with HR technology / HR tech.
- An existing network in the HR or SaaS space.
Work Model
- West Palm Beach–based, hybrid: approximately 1–2 days in office per week, with the rest of the week remote / from home.
Reporting
- Reports directly to the founder / company leadership (USA or Turkey HQ).
Compensation
- Base salary: $40,000/year — permanent, full-time (W-2, on payroll).
- Commission: 20% of the first 12 months of revenue from every partner-sourced new customer — paid quarterly and uncapped. The more you grow the business, the more you earn.
- First-year partner bonus: $1,500 for each partner you sign and activate in your first year, rewarding the groundwork before recurring revenue ramps up.
- Realistic on-target earnings of $80,000–$110,000+, scaling with your partner network.
- A genuine founding-role opportunity to help shape Layers' entry into the U.S. market.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
