PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE-WET BLEND-1ST SHIFT
Join WTI, Inc., a family-owned company dedicated to improving the food we eat every day. As a Production Associate, you’ll play a key role in manufacturing high-quality food ingredients for the industry, working with cutting-edge equipment in a fast-paced team environment.
What you’ll do:
- Operate and maintain liquid mixing tanks, reactor vessels, and homogenizers.
- Assemble, disassemble, and clean production equipment.
- Accurately measure and mix ingredients to meet product standards.
- Package products and manage inventory using scanners.
- Utilize tools like pH meters and titrators for product measurements.
- Contribute to daily operations and problem-solving efforts.
- Uphold food-grade sanitation requirements.
- Work in a way that embodies WTI’s core values of Willing attitude, Integrity, Teamwork, Impeccable Customer Service, and Continuous Improvement
- Other duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:
- No experience? No problem—manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Physical stamina for tasks like standing, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols, wear protective gear, and obtain certifications (e.g., forklift, confined space).
- Upholds Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) while working in Production.
- HACCP and food safety knowledge are beneficial but can be learned.
- Candidate must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Compensation: $16.50- $23.00/hour DOE with periodic reviews (Plus opportunity for an additional $160.00 bi-weekly attendance bonus. Please see the attendance policy for details)

Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday (Some Overtime Required)
