Connect Therapy Staffing is a locally owned, therapist-led company currently hiring a School-Based Psychologist for a school-based position in Kuna, Idaho for the 2026–2027 school year.
We’re a small Idaho-based company founded and operated by a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist who understands the realities of school-based services, special education teams, evaluations, compliance, and provider workload. Our goal is simple: support school-based professionals well so students receive the best care possible.

Position Responsibilities:
- Complete psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations
- Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Support special education teams with evaluation planning, interpretation of results, and recommendations
- Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and families
- Support student academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and mental health needs within the school setting
- Maintain organized and compliant documentation and reports
- Collaborate with administrators, special education staff, related service providers, and families

Qualifications:
- Degree in School Psychology, Educational Psychology, or related field
- Active Idaho School Psychologist credential/license or ability to obtain
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong assessment, report-writing, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage evaluations, timelines, meetings, and documentation responsibilities effectively
