- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in resident rooms and common areas.
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other shared spaces following health and safety guidelines.
- Change linens and make beds as needed.
- Dispose of trash and maintain proper waste management procedures.
- Follow all facility policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in an assisted living or healthcare setting in the state of Virginia.
- Ability to work every other weekend and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with residents and staff.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
