Insurance Sales Representative - Remote / Hybrid Opportunity | Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions

In this role, you’ll help clients protect what matters most by offering personalized insurance solutions while building and managing your own client portfolio with ongoing renewal income potential.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through phone, virtual, and in-person meetings
- Educate customers on insurance solutions including auto, home, commercial, life, and specialty products
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and sales strategies
- Manage and grow a client book of business with long-term renewal income potential
- Prepare insurance proposals and assist clients with policy updates, claims questions, and coverage reviews
- Stay informed on industry trends, products, and insurance regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales goals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary starting at $40,000
- Agressive uncapped new business commissions

Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Insurance industry experience required
- Current Property & Casualty license required (Life & Health license preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and insurance-related software
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
- High school diploma or equivalent required
