Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Oversee rigging operations for equipment installation, repairs, and upgrades with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to deliver excellent customer service, addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues, providing clear solutions to minimize downtime
- Support cooking operations by maintaining kitchen equipment and ensuring safety standards are met
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or system upgrades
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance activities, and safety checks to ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Valid license as a professional engineer (PE) or registered architect (RA) or equivalent certification in relevant jurisdiction
- Demonstrated experience with rigging techniques and mechanical system maintenance or zoning/building codes compliance
- Strong mechanical knowledge across various equipment types used in hospitality or entertainment environments
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of hospitality operations, including food preparation areas and guest-facing facilities
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members, vendors, and guests
