What You’ll Do
Transform Careers Through Recruiting
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for direct hire and temp-to-perm opportunities across a wide range of industries and skill levels.
- Build strategic recruiting plans tailored to client goals, workforce trends, and market demands.
- Create compelling job campaigns that attract top-tier talent.
- Proactively source candidates through networking, resume mining, referrals, outreach, and creative recruiting strategies.
- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to ensure the right fit for both the client and candidate.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Continuously evaluate recruiting performance and sourcing effectiveness to drive stronger results.
Build Relationships That Drive Growth
- Manage and grow client partnerships across a 13-county Central PA territory.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to businesses navigating hiring challenges and workforce needs.
- Conduct onsite visits with clients and prospects to deepen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
- Present candidates with confidence and clearly communicate their value.
- Drive new business development through networking, prospecting, referrals, and consultative outreach.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by proactively solving problems and supporting long-term success.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in direct hire or professional staffing.
- A driven, resilient mindset with the ability to overcome obstacles and create momentum.
- Confidence working in a performance-based environment with goals, accountability, and growth expectations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A consultative sales mindset with the ability to influence and close opportunities.
- Excellent organization and follow-through with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to travel throughout the Central PA service area.
