Experienced Veterinary Receptionist Are you a people person and love animals. Royse City Veterinary Hospital is a rapidly growing family owned practice that is looking to hire an experienced Veterinary Receptionist. We are a full service veterinary hospital offering caring, friendly, kind and knowledgeable services with the goal of helping client’s pets live long, happy and healthy lives. Candidate needs to be highly motivated, a self starter, pays attention to detail and be able to multitask.
Responsibilities: Greets clients, maintains client/patient records, schedules patient appointments, receives and transmits telephone and other messages, refills prescriptions, prepares invoices and collects payments, answers client’s inquiries about hospital policies, basic pet care questions and estimates costs of procedure, prepares health certificates, immunization certificates, laboratory reports, euthanasia certificates, surgical and drop off consent forms and reminders, and performs a variety of other related services, etc. Benefits:
